The zp 130 High Performance Composite Material is used to make strong, high-definition parts and is the material of choice for printing color parts. It consists of a specially engineered plaster material with numerous additives that maximize surface finish, feature resolution and part strength.

zp130 is ideal for:

● High strength requirements.

● Delicate or thin-walled parts.

● Color printing.

● Accurate representation of design details.

 

zp 131 – Premium Performance

zp 131, an improvement on the zp130,   is a multi-purpose material system that offers the toughest parts and the best resolution. It is perfect for fit and functional testing.

● Stronger parts – Optimized infiltration with Z-Bond™, 50% stronger than zp 130 infiltrated with Z-Bond.

● Improved process – Higher green strength, great surface appearance, and less dust.

● Color accuracy – More addressable colors, improved color consistency and uniformity.

 

zp 140 – High Performance Plus

zp 140 is a multi-purpose material system that offers a significantly easiest post-processing option and vivid color performance. The plus in our high performance line is the water cure option.

● Water-Cure – Easiest and safest post processing option, only tap water is required to seal and strengthen your printed parts, lowest cost per in³.

● Vivid colors and brightest whites – 180% whiter than zp 130, most vivid colors when infiltrated with Z-Bond.
